Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and White Lilies Tourism LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a destination management company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

White Lilies Tourism LLC provides destination management services including but not limited to:

  • Hotel bookings and accommodation arrangements
  • Ground transportation and airport transfers
  • Tour packages and itinerary planning
  • Attraction tickets and experience bookings
  • MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) services
  • Group handling and coordination
  • Visa assistance and documentation support

3. Bookings and Reservations

3.1 Quotations

All quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to availability and may change based on market conditions, currency fluctuations, or supplier rate changes until confirmed with a deposit.

3.2 Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from the Client. Confirmation is subject to availability with our suppliers.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

The Client is responsible for providing accurate information including guest names (as per passport), travel dates, special requirements, and contact details. Errors in information provided may result in additional charges or service disruptions.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Deposit

A deposit of 30% of the total booking value is required to confirm reservations, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2 Balance Payment

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the service date. For bookings made within 14 days of travel, full payment is required at the time of booking.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other payment methods as agreed. All payments must be made in the currency specified in the invoice.

4.4 Late Payment

Late payments may result in cancellation of bookings without refund of deposits. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at 1.5% per month.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Client

  • 30+ days before travel: 10% cancellation fee
  • 15-29 days before travel: 30% cancellation fee
  • 7-14 days before travel: 50% cancellation fee
  • Less than 7 days: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)

Some services (flights, peak-season hotel bookings, special events) may have stricter cancellation policies as imposed by suppliers.

5.2 Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel services due to force majeure events, safety concerns, or non-payment. In such cases, applicable refunds will be processed based on supplier policies.

5.3 Modifications

Changes to confirmed bookings may incur modification fees and are subject to availability. Name changes, date changes, and itinerary modifications must be requested in writing.

6. Liability

6.1 Service Delivery

While we strive to deliver services as described, we act as an intermediary between the Client and service suppliers (hotels, transport companies, attractions). We are not liable for service failures, changes, or quality issues caused by third-party suppliers.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, loss of profits, or business interruption.

6.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or civil unrest.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure all travelers have valid travel documents (passports, visas)
  • Communicate special requirements, medical conditions, and dietary needs in advance
  • Arrive at designated pickup points on time
  • Comply with local laws and regulations in the UAE
  • Obtain appropriate travel insurance for all travelers
  • Behave respectfully towards service staff and other guests

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and baggage loss. White Lilies Tourism LLC is not responsible for losses that would be covered by travel insurance.

9. Complaints and Disputes

Any complaints regarding services must be reported to our team immediately during travel so we can address issues promptly. Written complaints must be submitted within 14 days of service completion.

Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, and governed by UAE law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of White Lilies Tourism LLC and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
